and it makes everything seem better..

first one of the year occured yesterday for me.

it was so hot, and really felt like summer, and the food was wicked.

wish it was the holidays and everything was done.

oh and blondie [!!!], crystal castles, british sea power, and foals

added to the latitude lineup - its gonna be wicked, can’t wait ’til they announce the rest.

heard kelis’ millionaire with andre 3000 and forgot how how good it is and now can’t stop listening to it.

oh and its getting hotter over here in england, i think summer is slowly coming - makes everything seem so much better…

is jamie lidell new album.

heard a few songs, and his voice is just as incredible as ever.

There’s a video for his song “Little Bit of Feel Good”,  in which a cow is in…. it’s a wicked song though.

he’s playing on the 29th at KOKO in London, but it’s sold out……hopefully he should be back soon, and maybe do a few of the festivals…….

tilly and the wall‘s new track - beat control - is wicked.
i heard that they’ve been experimenting with the tap dancing and  added effects to it.
new album out on june 6 in US, not sure when its out here, hopefully not long after the US release.

listened to the whole of lcd soundsystem‘s first lp today, and  i’ve fallen in love with it again.
james murphy is a genius. the bonus disc is magic and every song makes you want to dance.

oh and news of new islands album - Arms Way: tracklist, artwork released, and it will be released
on May 20th in the US via Anti. not sure when it will be released over here.
but its definately worth listening too - their first album - Return to the Sea -
was very very very good.

oh spring/summer seemed to come and go [ as soon as i posted that last post, the clouds came and it almost rained— + it might snow tomorrow apparently. why?? - where’s the sun gone?

spring/summer—–  the weather has been pretty lovely. the sun is out right now, and its pretty warm for england. i can’t wait for the days / parties after exams have finished which is pretty soon. so yer ice cream anyone??
