After a week of mostly non-stop cloudy and rainy days, it was finally nice to see some sun. So the spring  has begun, and now all we can hope for good times with friends, sun, and finishing school forever.

Latitude Festival 08. Fun. Music. Comedy. Poetry. Film. Literature. Drama. Friends. Strangers. [And maybe some sun] last year there was busking in the woods, and my friends and I had a wicked time entertaining people by playing the same songs over for two hours. If you get the chance to go this year, do. For me it was so relaxing as you sit in the tents while watching incredible bands or be laughing your head off in the comedy tent. But at the same time Latitude offers you the energy of any other festival like Reading for example, [just without the overcrowding]. It was so small, and in a way that was refreshing. You didn’t have to worry about getting lost, or not finding a spot to pitch your tent, and you would always find your friends after a few minutes of looking and everyone was so friendly anyway. Of course like anything there were disappointments. The toilets were disgusting and I think the showers were too small for the number of people who wanted them. But hey, that’s what any festival is going be like. Tickets are 130 quid for 4 days and the music line up is already looking AMAZING: Sigur Ros [headlining], MIA, Interpol, Death Cab for Cutie, etc… Come if you can, it will be a great weekend and hopefully the sun will come out. Plus IT’S my birthday that weekend.

So this is my new project. I guess I’ll be writing about anything that comes into my head. Why have I chosen to write a BLOG? SELF EXPRESSION.  I hope that what i write in here is interesting and makes you think. I don’t know what I’ll be writing about but what interests me most is music, art and people who BELIEVE and are making things happen and a whole lot more …
